Representatives of All-Ukrainian Welfare Fund «Heart to Heart» during the session of regional organising committee on carrying out of V anniversary all-Ukrainian charitable action "Heart to Heart" handed over to the Director of Dnipropetrovs’k Regional Ophthalmologic Hospital Valeriy Serdyuk the medical equipment bought on means, collected during the action «Hear all!» which passed from May, 1-st till May, 10-th, 2009 in Dnipropetrovs’k.
According to Valeriy Serdyuk the new equipment which is already bought, allows to carry out diagnostics in children's regional ophthalmologic department at the level of European standards.
The chairman of board of All-Ukrainian Welfare Fund "Heart to Heart" Pavlo Gorinov informed that more than 40 thousand UAH of charitable payments had been collected in Dnipropetrovs’k region in 2009.
During the session the Chief of Board on Family and Youth of Regional State Administration Vadym Shebanov informed that this year carrying out of the charitable action would take place on May, 3-23. Volunteers will collect means for diagnostics and treatment of prematurely born children.
The action will be spent in general educational, out-of-school, professional and high educational institutions where boxes will be placed and certain responsible persons for their storage will be established. Also these days the Action can take place at the enterprises, organisations and establishments of different patterns of ownership.
In 2008 in Dnipropetrovs’k region within the limits of the charitable action 6 thousand UAH were collected, and 2 medical-diagnostic computer programs «Eye» and «Relax» were transferred to Regional Clinical Ophthalmologic Hospital.
